Do You Have Any Questions About Our Reward Points?

How can I collect reward points?
Every registered customer who places an order in our online shop automatically earns reward points, which can be collected and redeemed. Orders in which reward points are redeemed do not earn new reward points. You will receive reward points for all orders in which no points are redeemed.
How many reward points do I receive for my order?
This depends on the total value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs and after deducting any discounts, redeemed reward points, etc.). You earn reward points from your very first euro spent. Point calculations may vary by product. The number of reward points available is displayed on each product page.
How and where can I redeem my collected reward points?
With every online order, you can decide whether you would like to redeem your collected reward points in the shopping cart under “Enter points” or continue saving them. You can redeem up to 1,000 reward points per order — the choice is yours!
What is one reward point worth?
When redeeming collected reward points, the following conversion applies: 1 reward point = €0.01 (e.g., if you redeem 340 reward points, €3.40 will be credited immediately and deducted from your total order amount).

Where can I see how many reward points I have collected?
In your user account, under “Points Account,” you can see exactly how many reward points you have currently collected and are available for redemption. You will also find a balance history there, showing how many reward points you earned or redeemed for each order. In addition, your current reward points balance is displayed during checkout under “Enter points,” so you always know exactly how many points are available to you.
Do I have any obligations when using reward points?
No! Our reward points program comes with no obligations or conditions. If you choose not to participate, you are of course not required to redeem your reward points, and nothing will change for you.
