Shipping Information for the UK
Shipping costs (including applicable taxes):
We charge a flat shipping fee of approx. £17–19 (€19.90) per order.
Orders over £100.00 are shipped free of charge.

We charge a flat shipping fee of approx. £35–37 (€29.90) per order.
Orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge.

Orders over €260.00 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–14 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

For local pickup, we will inform you by email once the goods are ready for collection. In this case, no shipping costs apply.

Payment Terms

For deliveries within Germany, the following payment options are available:

- Payment by direct debit
- Payment via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal Plus

For international deliveries, the following payment options are available:

When paying by direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified bank account.

The debit is processed when the goods are shipped.
