Our Artemisia annua botanical extract (alc. 35% vol) is made from fresh Artemisia annua leaves and is placed in the extraction liquid immediately after harvest (ratio 1:3). Until it is filled into the popular 100 ml Miron violet glass bottle, it is regularly shaken by hand and matures for at least 4 weeks. We cultivate Artemisia annua on our own field in the south of France. Sowing, harvesting and processing are 100% in our hands and are carried out by our trained team while ensuring the highest quality standards. How to use For use as a room aroma.Open the bottle and place the desired number of diffuser sticks into the neck — the number of sticks determines the fragrance intensity in the room. For use in an aroma lamp, fill it with a little distilled water and add a few drops of the Artemisia annua botanical extract. Here, too, the number of drops determines the fragrance intensity. Artemisia annua leaves Artemisia annua (annual mugwort) is cultivated on our own fields in France and processed in our manufactory in Germany. The Artemisia annua leaves are hand-selected and gently dried immediately after harvest using a special process. This helps preserve the plant’s valuable constituents as well as its natural color. This allows us to guarantee a product of exceptional purity and quality.   Artemisia annua plants are grown on our Demeter farm in France. For our products, we primarily use Artemisia annua leaves. Ideally, the leaves are harvested shortly before flowering, when they are most valuable. The leaves are freshly harvested and gently dried at temperatures below 30°C. This helps preserve valuable constituents as well as the plant’s color. Our product is 100% natural.   Information & Use Please note that, under the EU Novel Food Regulation, Artemisia annua may currently not be sold as a food in the EU. Artemisia annua leaves are excellent for incense burning. For best results, we recommend the following steps: Prepare a fireproof incense bowl by sprinkling a little sand inside. Carefully light an incense charcoal from the side over a flame. Once the spark has traveled about halfway through the charcoal and it starts to glow, place it on the sand in the bowl. Wait until the spark has spread through the entire charcoal. Then sprinkle about three pinches of Artemisia annua leaves on top. Gently waft the rising smoke through the room using a fan or feather. When the herbal scent fades, carefully remove the residue from the charcoal with a knife and add fresh leaves. Ensure good ventilation by opening a window to let the smoke disperse. After burning, extinguish the charcoal with water or let it cool completely before disposing of it. A typical incense session lasts between ten and twenty minutes, depending on the amount used. This plant originated in the temperate regions of Asia—especially China—and has since spread to many regions worldwide. The herbaceous, sun-loving plant grows into a large bush in summer, reaching heights of up to 2 m. It features yellow-green, long-stalked leaves and delicate white-to-pink blossoms. Artemisia annua blooms from June to August. This annual plant is known for its distinctive, aromatic scent, often described as fresh and spicy. Its blend of herbal, spicy, and slightly sweet notes comes from the many essential oils found in Artemisia annua. Annual mugwort grows best in temperate to subtropical climates and needs well-draining soil and plenty of sunlight. It can be cultivated in pots or in the garden. For optimal growth, regular watering and weed removal are important. For our annual mugwort ointment, we prepare an extract of Artemisia annua herb in extra virgin, cold-pressed olive oil. The Artemisia annua plants are hand-selected and gently dried using a special process. After steeping for at least four weeks, the extract is thoroughly filtered and blended with liquid beeswax to create a smooth, homogeneous ointment. Product information Our product contains no fillers, colorants, or preservatives. Directions Ointment for application to the skin. Apply once or twice daily to the desired area and gently massage in. The alcohol-free coriander tincture is made from coriander herb and prepared as a strong extract immediately after harvest (ratio 1:3). Before bottling, the alcohol-free coriander tincture is regularly shaken and allowed to mature for at least three months. The cultivation of coriander is partly managed by us and partly sourced from certified organic cultivation of our producers. Sowing, harvesting, and processing are carried out by our trained team in accordance with the highest quality standards. The coriander plants are cultivated and processed without the use of chemicals or additives. Product Information Our product contains no fillers, colorings, or preservatives. 100% natural and vegan, with no added sugar. Organic Certification Our product is certified organic by the inspection body DE-ÖKO-070 – EU and non-EU agriculture. Recommended Use Unless otherwise directed, take 1/2 teaspoon three times daily. The glycerin tincture has a slightly sweet taste. For consumption it can be easily mixed with water, tea (lukewarm), yogurt, or muesli. Equivalents: 1/2 tsp ≙ approx. 30 drops, 30 drops ≙ approx. 2.5 ml For all natural products, it is recommended to take a 14-day break at least every 6 weeks.
