These are two fundamentally different species, which also have different names in English (“Blueberry” and “Bilberry”). A cultivated blueberry cannot become a wild bilberry through cultivation. Before bottling, the alcohol-free coriander tincture is regularly shaken and allowed to mature for at least three months. The cultivation of coriander is partly managed by us and partly sourced from certified organic cultivation of our producers.
